The latest creations...

The wrap around skirt was my latest project. Here's the cool fabric I chose, and the same old same old white stuff for my waist and ties.

Next little project - leg warmers for Katie. I found this little project on a craft blog. The socks, womens knee highs, were on sale at Target for 50Cents each.
Ta da! Leg warmers for Katie!
Mikey wanted to try them on, too. What a great model!

Katie was confused by them. She cried when she had them on - that's why there's no face shot. I'll get her used to them before Ninang Jessie gets here with the wool leg warmers for the winter :)

Next project - Handbag. Wish me luck!

Katie and Mikey...

Everyone has "Messy Baby" pictures. Here's Katie at her best. I put her in her bath right after this dinner. Then I had to wash the bathtub because of the spaghetti sauce ring after the bath.

Here's Mikey with the dental hygienist. No Sugar Bugs!!!! See you in 6 months!

Baby Blanket!

After starting the baby blanket over 3 times, I finally finished it! I guess I should have just followed the directions in the first place! :-) I think it's going to be super cozy for Baby Anthony!

Birthday and Baseball = Summer fun!

Happy Birthday, Jean!!!!!!!

WhiteCaps game in Grand Rapids -- the boys scored a foul ball. It rained on and off, but that added to the adventure. Dibs, cotton candy, hot dogs (and beer!) added to the full bellies.

Fishing with Ninong Dude. No bites today, but lots of fun.

Fat Boy Burgers -- so yummy! The boys both wanted to sit next to Dude.

Visiting with Mikey and Katie! Testing out the new swing set.

Beth's kids - Rachel, Julia, Sara, and Jacob

Natural History Museum with Mama while Ian is at Baseball Camp at USC. Wild buffalo in the background. Don't ask me why...

Butterfly Pavilion -- our favorite part of the day.

Dodgers Game against the Mets -- Manny Ramirez give-away day. All the kids got Manny dolls, or as Lucas says, "They're not dolls, Mama. They're action figures." Oops, boys don't have dolls! :)

Fries and Beer for dinner!!!! For me, not Lucas!

Tra-Ver-City... Mikey's PT Trip :)

Here are some SUMMER FUN pics from our few days in Tra-Ver-City. It was WAY too short and we hope to have another vacation soon.

We went to the indoor waterpark Thursday night right after we checked in. Katie slept almost the entire 4 hour ride, so she was a trooper and ran around the waterpark until it closed at 9p. It was hard for me to take pictures of the kids and us on the indoor stuff... to hard to hold a camera and the hand of one kid.

On Friday we spent the day at the outdoor pool and the night at the indoor waterpark. So much fun!

Mikey liked to walk down the hallway "holding" Katie's hand. Very Sweet... except it was more of a wrist pull than a hand holding.

The kids got wolf ears with their kids meal. They were a hit.

After we checked out on Saturday, we went to Clinch Park. There, we rode the "puff puff chugga chugga" train around the park and headed to the beach. We had a great time in the hot sun on the beach. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave.

Happy 4th of July... on the 5th!

This morning we went to the Clawson Parade. Mikey and Katie had a great time. Mikey was WAY excited when candy was tossed his way. Katie barked at all the dogs, pointed out all the balloons and waved to all the people in the parade.

Here's Mikey. He's checking to see if the parade is starting.

Katie's pointing at a balloon that's floating away.

Mikey decided he wanted to sit on my lap for the last part of the parade... H-O-T!

Mmmm... Popsicles! The last of the politicians in the parade had a bunch of ice cream trucks and were handing out ice cream treats. Yummy!

Katie thought it was extra yummy!

Red 5 - gotta love it!
