We all had a great time celebrating Joni and Jackie's Birthday in Grand Rapids!!

It may have been Jackie and Joni's birthday, but it was Mikey's dreams that came true!

What a fantastic vacation! It was too short, but we packed in a lot of fun and can't wait to see the cousins, Jen and RB at Christmas.

We stayed in a great hotel in Marina Del Rey, Jamaica Bay Inn. The hotel had a small beach and was next to a park. There was also an outdoor pool. We actually saw people sunbathing (in 65 degree weather).

The kids had a great time celebrating Lucas' birthday at the bowling alley. Katie got a couple spares!

Thank you, Mother Nature, for raining in the morning so Ian's baseball games would be cancelled, and bringing out the sunshine so we could enjoy the Santa Monica Farmers Market and The Getty. The gardens at The Getty were beautiful. Derek and I want to go back and spend more time there. What a great place.

Jackie and I got some free tickets to a food festival in Boston. We had a great time walking around and sampling yummy eats. The festival was right outside Fenway which was an extra bonus. So much fun!
