6/5... took a tourist walk that lasted over 3 hrs. I saw EVERYTHING!Here are some highlights.
Lincoln Memorial

I tried to get the Washington Monument in the background, but people were looking at me funny.
After seeing so much, I decided that the US Capitol wasn't too far off.Maybe another 20 minutes??? I can do it!
Made it to another reflection pool....I wanted to jump in... almost to the Capitol.
I MADE IT!!! Now only 3 miles back to the hotel. YIKES.
